House Rules

Dear visitor

- Take good care of our property and surrounding. - Be respectful towards other people in the holiday village. - Smoking, burning candles or other kind of activities indoors are not allowed. - Quiet hours are from 00 p.m. until 6 a.m. - In case of or at the risk of an accident, fire or another emergency, the holiday village staff must be notified immediately +372 5629 7627 and call emergency 112. - If any property of the holiday village is vandalised, destroyed or lost, a penalty corresponding to the damage caused must be paid and the staff of the holiday village must be notified immediately. - The used dishes of the holiday village must be washed, dried and put back in place. Broken dishes must be compensated. - Rented rooms must be in the same condition at the time of check-out as they were at the time of check-in (decorations must be removed, items put back in place). - Barbecues must be placed at least 2 metres away from the cabins when using charcoal and 5 metres away when using open fire. - Make sure the water jumps are safe. In the lake there may be sharp objects. - Throwing trash or cigarette butts on the ground at the holiday village is prohibited. - If ignoring quiet hours after a one-time warning violation the holiday village has the right to not give money back and send the client away. - The customers must follow the holiday village house rules and insist that the persons accompanying them do the same. If the client repeatedly violates the rules of the holiday village, then the holiday village has the right to call the police.

  • Do not be noisy and do not play loud music.
  • Uncoordinated music listening is not allowed.
  • It is forbidden to move the holiday village items (furniture, barbecues) or take them outside without prior agreement.
  •  Do not leave children unattended at the site or in the playground.
  •  It is prohibited for children to be at the rooftop of the sun terrace without parental supervision and to play and climb on the railings.
  •  When swimming in the lake, we advise children to use armbands or swim vests (the water in the swimming area gets deep suddenly).
  • Vomiting / blood in the territory or in the rooms costs 100€.
  • If the key is lost, a penalty of 30€ has to be paid to the holiday village.
  • Smoking and burning candles indoors is strictly prohibited and costs from 250€. 600€ has to be paid to the holiday village for the call.
  • Returned dirty boat cots 20€.
  • The quote sent by the holiday village is not a booking.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent for the booking; only an advance payment will guarantee a booking during peak season, failure to pay within the stated time period will cancel the booking.
  • In case of cancellation, the advance payment will not be refunded.
  • The provision of identification documents upon check-in at the Ermistu Holiday Village is required.
  • Minors will not be checked into the holiday village without adult supervision.
  • Persons who have previously damaged the reputation or the property of the holiday village will not be checked in.
  • Holiday village has the right to refuse service to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Check-in is 3 p.m. till 6 p.m. Check-out is till 12 p.m.
  • Pets are allowed on the grounds and in the cabins (for extra money) if they wear a muzzle and are on a leash.
  • Owners have to clean up after their pets.
  • Pets are not allowed in the main house rooms and in the log house.
  • Feeding nature birds and animals are not allowed!
  • The customer has a duty to make sure that they have taken all their personal belongings with them.
  • The holiday village is not responsible for returning items left behind on the site .
